Overview
As part of the prestigious Middle East Cosmetic Show 2025, hosted at Sharjah Expo Center, our team was selected to design, fabricate, and install a visually -
stunning and fully branded decoration stand. The goal was to create an immersive space that reflected elegance, beauty, and premium brand identity for participating cosmetic companies.
Scope of Work
Design, Fabrication & Installation
o Custom Arch Wall & Entrance
Backdrop:
o Constructed using MDF panels with water-based paint and integrated
hidden strip lighting, the arch featured floral decorations and branding elements, designed to create a welcoming and premium first impression.
o Back Wall & Modular Structures:
o Back wall dimensions: 3.6 x 2.4 meters, with layered MDF structures and PVC branded stickers
o Seating benches fabricated from MDF, finished in water paint, and topped with custom cushions
o Photo Area Feature:
o Installed a unique infinity mirror setup for interactive photo
opportunities
Graphics & Printing
o Supplied and installed PVC sticker graphics across the backdrop
o Produced cut-out modules and custom-branded visual elements, including a stylized “rouge” branding piece
Outcome
The completed stand delivered a luxurious, modern look aligned with the cosmetic industry’s visual standards. From structural fabrication to elegant branding and photo-ready elements, the space generated strong visitor interest and became a key highlight of the show.
