Overview
We were honored to support Trust International in organizing its prestigious Annual Gathering for home appliance distributors across Iraq. The event brought together over 70 key partners -
and stakeholders for a celebration of achievements and future plans. Held at the luxurious Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, the event combined elegance, immersive branding, and high-end hospitality.
Scope of Work
Venue Setup & Stage Design
- - Built a custom stage measuring 6 x 12 meters
- - Installed a 3 x 3 meter Media Wall for brand visuals and photography
- - Provided three branded entrance arches, a red carpet, and a signature backdrop
Technology & AV Production
- - LED vertical screen installation with full AV systems
- - Lighting system tailored for both ambiance and stage presence
- - Professional photo & videography team with crane for cinematic shots
Branding & Guest Experience
- - Registration table with full branding
- - Custom-branded podium for speakers and awards
- - Branded water bottles for a polished guest touch
- - Customized greeting cards included in a gift set with:
- 1- Gemstone prayer beads featuring amber stone
- 2- 10-gram, 21-carat gold chain with laser-engraved logo
Outcome
The event was executed flawlessly, blending aesthetics, logistics, and branding into one memorable experience. The personalized gifts, detailed setup, and premium production quality ensured a strong impression and deepened distributor loyalty across the Iraqi market
